Daily Food Photography: Cassava Delicacies
There are lots of ways to cook cassava, particularly as delicacies. This one is cassava cake which has cooked in condensed milk with grated cheese, and baked.
We call this pichi-pichi. It was shaped in a mold, and was steemed. Afterwards, put some grated coconut on top.
