For our dinner Appetisers, we were served Roast Duck with sauce.

Instead of soup which is more liquid and less starchy, we were served with a thick broth. It was starchy but the taste was nice and tasty.

This deep fried Pork Ribs is tasty but hard. We have feed back to the stewardess in the restaurant.

This Prawn dish is delicious as the rice wine soaked into the prawns and because they are fresh, the taste was great. The sweet juice from the Prawns were also absorbed into the vermicelli. We asked for another dish to be served even though we have plenty of dishes.

We did not like this steamed fish as this was a fresh water fish. Sea water fish do not have a smell like the fresh water reared fish. Dishes from fresh water will always have a "mud" smell. So normally the restaurant will use fresh water fish for cooking with spicy base sauce and not for steaming even though it is freshly caught.

The chef stir fry the vegetables with fish maw and it has a light gravy. Nothing very special about this dish.

This is a much tastier dish. These egg plant dish was cooked with spicy sauce and it has add a little salted fish and the taste was unique and delicious.

As we had so much food already, we decided to skip dessert. We opt for coffee instead.

Hope you all enjoyed the food I have shared.
