Dailyfoodphotography: Typical Pinoy's Boozeepetizers

The photo below is what a typical Filipino's Boozeepetizers or in our local dialect we call it Pulutan.

Boozeepetizers – from the 2 words “booze” which is slang for alcoholic drinks and “appetizers” , the manner of when this type of food is normally served.

Pulutan from the word "pulot" or pick up every time we drink especially during drinking session. But for me, I am not into alcholic drinks, so I prefer to eat this appetizers with rice and cold softdrinks.

In the photo below are combinations of isaw (chicken intestine), adidas (chicken feet), pork barbeque, grilled panga ng tuna (tuna's jaw), pigar-pigar (carabeef). This are best served with soy sauce with calamansi (toyomansi) and spicies or vinegar with onions and spices as the sauce. It depends on your preferences of sauce to dip this appetizers into it.
