Tempting Crispy Pata
One of the Pinoy's favorite is Cripy Pata. The main ingredients of this menu is a deep fried pig trotters or knuckles served with a soy-vinegar dip. It originated from the Philippines but this dish is quite similar to the German Schweinshaxe.
I said it was tempting dish, because when you started tasting it, you can't resist to more. So for those who have high cholesterol and high blood, don't forget to take your daily maintenance.
