Fried Galunggong
Hello steemians.. I just wanna share my today's Daily Food Photography.
Fried Galunggong is a widely eaten fish in the Philippines. The common way to cook galunggong is by simple frying it, as was done to the fish in my photo. It is best to serve it with white rice and dipping sauce of suka, toyo and some chili, you’ve got yourself an enjoyable meal.
