This will be my lunch for today, something light and healthy. I actually call this "Maskipap salad" (maski papaano :P) I just used whatever we have in the fridge. Though it has Tuna, napa cabbage, cucumber, ripe mango, pineapple chunks and a slice of hard-boiled egg and my very own salad dressing, sorry can't divulge it.

I kinda like experimenting with foods. They say I should have been a Chef because it's what they do. Anyways, I hope you like my entry for today.
