Eggplant Salad Filipino Style
Hello everyone, happy weekend to everyone of us. This time I wanna share to you my cooking recipe, Ensaladang Talong or Eggplant Salad in english.
This is one of ordinary Pinoy dish that you can easily prepare. You only need to grill the eggplant first, then peel it and added chopped onion and tomatoes. Added some condements or salt is good as long as it suit your taste. This is eaten as a side dish and is best partnered with fried fish, chicken or lechon kawali.
Surely you may like it and it's budget friendly. Also it is free if you have a garden at your backyard like me.
