Moderation-the enemy of creativity

Everything is possible -never compromise your creativity for anything less or trying to force yourself to flow with the trend set up by mediocre mindsets.

Have you ever noticed that those who tend to accept moderation often become like every other person around them. Research shows that out 1000 persons in a community if 400 people tends to live a moderate life, this will affect the creativity of the remaining 600 people.

As a teacher, even in the classroom with my pupils, I try to spot the over-active ones and put them to seat close to the less-active ones, by doing this, the less-active pupil over a period of time will become active too. And after that is achieved, I can then swap them again to allow the other pupil develop personal skills rather than mimicking the other pupil.
This is just the easiest way of tackling mediocrity in the classroom.

Aside the classroom, even in our everyday lives we see people who just want to be like every other person and don't wish to go further than that.. Such a person will end up not being creative at all because of moderation.

Antidote

The Antidote to tackle mediocrity isn't different from the classroom approach. We just have to sit up and do more! Yes doing more than we are expected to do! Pushing boundaries beyond the norm. This will eventually give birth excellence!

Do more than think - create.
Do more than work - excel.
Do more than dream - do.
Do more than grow - bloom.
Do more than read - apply.
Do more than receive - reciprocate.
Do more than encourage - inspire
