Daily Pet Photography Event - Day - 425 !!
I saw this large Vulture bird at a Bangkok zoo at first i thought it was a big Eagle but not so it's a Vulture bird a scavenging bird of prey they are normally seen scavenging on carcasses of dead animals on the African plains they have large broad wings a short tail and a smaller head then a eagle quite a scary looking bird to look at actually but beautiful characteristics.

wow sir hangin that is one ugly scary looking bird! It looks huge too but it's hard to scale it's size, it looks like it's as big as you are but hopefully not as mean!
Thats the birds you were talking about in your post the Vulture bird with that long wing span that clean up the dead of the roads....lol...i am not mean i am a cuddly bear...haha :)

Most vultures ate kind of ugly.

That is true it does look more like a eagle they say there are about 20 species of this Vulture bird and this one is the best looking one and resembles a eagle look :)

There is about 20 different species of these Vulture birds but this one is the most beautiful looking one :)
Whooooaaaa a vulture! This remind me to a book I read few years ago, about the secret of death and life in Mongolia.. I forgot the tittle of the book.. but it has something to do with the vulture bird.
This burd is amazing creature.. it can eats bones and furs.
