Let's Change the Way We Live & the Way We Treat Each Other (And Start Being the Change We Wish to See in the World)

I made a rather lengthy post on the song Changes by Tupac Shakur, including the following powerful quote which I also wanted to share as a standalone post for all those who may not be interested in reading such a long piece. Words just as true now as they were all the way back in 1992 when first recorded. So let's take these words to heart, let's change the entire way we live, the way we treat each other, and let's start being the change we wish to see in the world! For changing ourselves truly is the only way to affect any real and meaningful change in this world. Or in the words of David Draiman as the lead singer of Disturbed in their song Land of Confusion, "This is the world we live in, and these are the hands we're given. Use them and let's start trying, to make it a place worth fighting for!" Yes, indeed. And with that, I'm out...
