新加坡一项马来西亚学不到的政策
那就是人种改良政策。新加坡是世界贸易交通枢纽，每年吸引了无数的人前往淘金。这也包括了不少的洋人。
除了 Sarung Party Girl 自发无偿地配合政府进行 "留种" 的努力，新加坡政府也推出了各种不成文的福利，极力挽留洋人落地生根成为新加坡人
当然不是每一个洋人跑到新加坡就能得到优渥的福利。一般上，资深的洋人教职人员、高端工程师以及企业高层管理人员才能得到各种隐性福利。这些福利包括免费住房、配車以及子女教育福利。
在优生（Eugenic）政策的主导下，新加坡的人种得以不断进步与改良，对周围的热带人种主体国家形成巨大的优势。这是马来西亚无法学习的政策
