Dear Diary: My Thoughts On This Chilly Weather Here In My Place

The weather here different now in my place, the air is chilly and it is dry and I can notice it because my bed doesn't get wet anymore from perspiration which happens when it is very hot and humid which feels like you are literally like in a baking oven or sauna.

It will be better to perspire because you let out toxins from the body but in cold weathers you will just rely on your kidneys and liver to expel and dissipate toxins from the body.

It will be better to make a sauna for yourself so that you can help your body cleanse itself by perspiring and after that you can feel much better provided that you don't get dehydrated.

The weather now is waving the flag of yuletide season, the highly commercialized Christmas and New Year which most people celebrate even non-Catholics. It is a happy time especially for kids who are expecting gifts from their godparents or relatives so kids with many relatives who are wealthy would rake many monies and toys alike.
