Vietnam is a some heaven for coffee lover . It has been list top 2 place to to enjoy coffee adter brazil. You can find coffee everywhere in vietnam . From Can tho to sa pa coffee is very popular in vietnam . In vietnam , i always order cafe da or coffee with ice and enjoy it beside the street while watching the serounding people .

I enjoy coffee ice with condese milk , but in this cafe , comero cafe will order aeropress coffee . For those who doesnt know what is aeropress , this is another to prepare coffee with another technique.

In this video , the barista show they prepare these aeropress. There a lot of way to prepare it , i mean its only has one way or step but they different type to prepare the coffee with different coffee weight , water temperature , pouring technique to get pure coffee.

Today , the barista prepare panama coffee for me with 79 degree celcius of water temperature. Pouring technique using pour over then press is one of popular and easy technique.

Panama coffee is from panama. If this remind you panama dance , yes this coffee is from that country . 🇵🇦 . well , the taste of this coffee is not that strong and the acid taste is still low. But i still enjoy the taste .
