what a way to crush that meal prep today, let’s go with that $1 something healthy meal in bulk life, super inspired and into that — that’s certainly on my roadmap going forward to get on that freezer prep mode life, I’m so down with that while we have a means to freeze stuff, heck it’s perfect for me, little task for the night, pull the containers out, put in fridge for the next day — btw, don’t heat up your food in the plastic containers in a microwave, I heard bad things about that this very week alone!

Yeah the Robin Williams doc was fantastic thou, even thou he was kinda trapped and isolated in some ways think of all the joy that he gave to the world, he was a true craftsman, sometimes that’s your calling — his legacy of content and expression of fun for life will go on and that’s something to be thankful to have experienced and he leaves behind three wonderful children in the process — I think he had a full and rich life, even if he was baked for a large part of it, I think when he was happy he was massively so.

Ha! That gif thou, I’ve never felt more squid ward in my whole life as I do right now this morning. I woke up slowly today, I’m still waking up, the pots are mocking me and I need to get them done before I have breakfast — I’m getting all the other things out of the way first thou before I have breakfast even if it’s gonna be brutal on my stomach with this coffee.

i’m cool to talk about whatever really, maybe we can have a smattering of things from that list instead of focusing on weather, when I think of the topic of global weather, I can’t just imagine talking about it for forty minutes I think but I certainly want to talk about the ideas, notions and visions of our future lives we assume to come true and our blind pursuit of them often at the expense of the landscape around us — I think that will dovetail quite nicely into FIRENADOS.

Yeah, yesterday was so so weird, yet I seemed to have momentum in the morning, it was kinda weird because I think in my head I was just coming to terms with the three days a week and then all of a sudden the day wasn’t happening, the trip to the shop wasn’t really needed but then it kinda was because I needed suds for the washing up and I got some supplies anyway — I’ll probably walk down today or tomorrow morning before she arrives, see how everything pans out.

The weather believe or not has changed for the better, we had a few little rainstorms yesterday and the release of ‘pressure’ was fantastic, just the cooler breeze and the rains felt good, it felt more natural of an england that I’m used too instead of this baking weather and looking around at the suffering wildlife, I never really knew before how much i’m aware of the seasons more here than anywhere else in my life when you can see nature first hand -- it’s pursuit to grow and the pain of being burnt grass and the wild rabbits finding other places to feed and wander.

Even if the figure is not 2lb down, just go with it whatever and I think your absolutely right about the exercise, you can’t go all in when your body is not getting that REM recharge each day and it’s super hot, that does not compute because something else is gonna fall out of sync — what’s the point of losing the weight to take the pressure of the back etc if your mentally broken in the process — like everything in life it’s that balance game right, getting that balance locked in.

Just finished up on your blog, yeah I’d like to do the video thing I’m not sure what that looks like yet and that dual cam thing is something I’d like to get working properly you know, like a dual setup like we had the other day, i have to look into setting up that virtual camera setup again at some point, I’m sure I can work something out — I think the best way is to put that solid green behind us once genlocked out and then capture that and gen lock that out locally here, that should make it perfect then.

Anyway, can’t think of that now, it’s just a running sub process going in the brain, I’m about to hook up some weetabix and go in on the top 10 and the @dlive video of the moment, crush some modding and then stare blankly at the screen waiting for inspiration to hit me and take over and allow my energy to flow, let the determination for change to take over — maybe instead of accepting what will be it’s up to us to shape the edges a little to build us in a little more time and room, to make those memories.
