  1. Home Hygiene Measure:

You can do proper home hygiene for your teeth when you know the proper way to brush your teeth. You need to brush up and down and not sideways. Proper washing would help reduce the dirt and germs that we can’t even see.

  1. Flossing:

This is better than using the toothpick. Flossing helps in removing food particles that are stuck in between your teeth. The more you push the toothpick into your teeth, the more space you are creating to have more things to get stuck in between. Flossing is better and way easier too. Just pass the thread between your teeth and remove the particles.

Children are not excluded from this too. In as much as they have grown a tooth, it is mandated for you to use a soft brush that won’t harm their gum to help them brush it. Early exposure to what needs to be done will help them and give them a better mindset as to what they need to do and also how to care for their teeth.

  1. Brushing Before Going To Bed:

Brushing your teeth before going to bed is advisable too, because the activity of the tongue and saliva reduces when you sleep, which gives the bacteria enough room to operate. But with proper care and brushing, their activities will reduce too.
