Deep in a redwood forest some afternoon light filters in through a towering canopy, as these northern California Redwoods thrive, on moisture filled air floating up the steep terrain from the ocean beaten coast below. This photo is being entered in the deranged photography contest and the theme is Deep Dark Woods.
Awesome capture. I'd love to get lost in that forest for a couple weeks or months with a camera!
