Von der Quelle fließend schnell
stürzt das Wasser als Bach runter zu Tal,
Als wollte dieses das Flussbett eiligst erlangen,
Oh du nasses Gold bist erfrischend und klar, möchtest nach Hause,
Also hast du irgendwie zum Meer zu gelangen.

Sehr geschwind und sehr eilig, folgst du dem Weg-deinem Ziel,
fließt durch Berge, Wälder und Auen,
verbringst manch deiner Zeit mit Strudel und einem Wellenspiel,
an dem sich die Menschen gern erfreuen.

Doch die gute Mutter Natur verschlingt gern dein köstlich Nass,
Du bringst den Wachstum und durch dich erwacht das neue Leben,
Darum fließe, fliesse, bitte fließe stets und ständig, ohne Unterlass,
Dann wird’s die Welt noch etwas länger geben.

From the source fluent
fast the water rushes down the valley as a stream,

As if this would hurry to reach the riverbed,
Oh you wet gold are refreshing and clear,
want to go home,
So you somehow got to the sea.

Very fast and in a hurry,
you follow the path-your goal flows through mountains,
forests and meadows,
spend some of your time with strudel and a wave play,
People like to enjoy it.

But the good Mother Nature likes to devour your deliciously wet,
You bring growth and through you the new life awakens,

Therefore, flow, flow, please, always and constantly flow,
without ceasing,
Then it will give the world a little bit longer.
