Chin Swee Cave Temple - Our visit to the Chinese Temple Part 1

Yesterday we had the glorious idea to go on a trip on Mother's Day. Especially when there's really a lot going on. All hell broke loose on the Genting Highlands here in Malaysia. We almost wanted to turn back when we said to ourselves, let's do it anyway. And in the end it was worth it. Because we went up with the gondola and then discovered this great Chinese temple.

In the middle of the cloud cover the temple stands and is hidden again and again by the cloud cover. As a slowly moving veil comes and goes the cloud cover in this height.

After a long period of reflection, I also launched the drone. When I lost the connection to the drone, it changed completely. Not only the image transmission has failed, but also the connection to the controller. But more about this in the next post.

First I want to show you the great view from the temple here. I really felt like I was in China. Just great.

Gestern hatten wir die glorreiche Idee gerade am Muttertag einen Ausflug zu machen. Gerade dann, wenn wirklich viel los ist. Auf den Genting Highlands hier in Malaysia war die Hölle los. Wir wollten schon fast wieder umdrehen, als wir uns dann gesagt hatten, komm das ziehen wir jetzt trotzdem durch. Und zum Schluss hat sich dass dann auch gelohnt. Denn mit der Gondelbahn sind wir hochgefahren und haben dann diesen tollen chinesischen Tempel entdeckt.

Inmitten der Wolkendecke steht der Tempel und wird immer wieder von der Wolkendecke versteckt. Wie ein langsam sich bewegender Schleier kommt und geht die Wolkendecke in dieser Höhe.

Nach langem hin und her überlegen habe ich auch die Drohne steigen lassen. Als ich dann die komplette Verbindung zur Drohne verloren habe, wurde es mir dann ganz anders. Nicht nur die Bildübertragung ist ausgefallen, sondern auch die Verbindung zum Kontroller. Aber dazu mehr im nächsten Post.

Erstmal möchte ich euch die tolle Aussicht vom Tempel hier zeigen. Ich bin mir wirklich wie in China vorgekommen. Einfach großartig.
