Survival Food Nr. 50 Eibisch ! Survival Food No. 50 Marshmallow!
Hallo Liebe Steemians ,
Hello dear Steemians,
Here I introduce you to a useful, but
here in Northern Germany rarer plant before, the / the marshmallow.
The plant is actually native to the Mediterranean, but has here by
feral breeding in "forest and field" common. Unfortunately, overgrown
deposits are near the coast Areas and Binnensalzstellen and possibly
limited to rubbish sites. The original color of the flowers is white.
Luckily I found two pictures of it. I have here Breeding colors adopted
by Pixabay because I have my picture collection only need to increase
again. The job is already out on the Photographer Volkmar M ......
erst wieder aufstocken muss . Der Auftrag ist schon raus an den
Fotografen Volkmar M......
Als sammelbare Teile kommen Blätter , Blüten , Wurzeln , Früchte ;
As collectable parts come leaves, flowers, roots, fruits; in short,
the whole plant in question. For our outdoor food is the Root
most important. It can be raw or even in winter Survival -
soup or any - stew to be consumed. The same applies to the flowers.
The young leaves can, thanks to their mild Flavor can be used in salads.
Even the seeds are raw edible, but can also be cooked with
Tea, so that the active ingredients of the mucus are not lost
go prepare it as a cold extract.
It works like this: You take a heaping tablespoon small
chopped root, this gives into a cup of cold water
and let them cover overnight. With the crowd
warm to serving temperature, strain and done.
The tea can also be used to gargle against inflammation
in the mouth and throat.
Der Name Marsh-Mellow engl. Sumpf - Malve stemmt
Heute nimmt man stattdessen
Gelatiene .
The name Marsh-Mellow engl. Swamp - Mallow stalks
from one of the 12 species of this plant. Because the marsh -
Mellow is actually a over 100 year old remedy
against colds. These were root, stems and
Leaves taken. Today you take instead
Gelatin.
Als kleines Gimmick :
Ein Hustensirup , der gerne genommen wird !
"Man(n)" nehme :-) oder Frau : 100 Gramm kleingehackte Wurzel ,
150 Gramm Puderzucker 1 Päckchen Vanilletzcker und Zitronensäre
nach Geschmack und 1/4 Liter normales Leitungswasser . Das Ganze
verrühren und 2 Stunden stehen lassen . Noch einmal durchrühren
und 1/2 Stunde ziehen lassen . Abseihen , fertig . Kühl lagern .
As a little gimmick:
A cough syrup that is gladly taken!
"Man (s)" take :-) or woman: 100 grams of chopped root,
150 grams of icing sugar 1 packet of vanilla butters and lemon zest
to taste and 1/4 liter of normal tap water. The whole
stir and let stand for 2 hours. Stir again
and leave for 1/2 hour. Straining, done. Store in a cool place.

und probieren . unsuwe
