We people need to be healthy at all times. Diet is okay but not too much because it can harm you and it can cause sickness in your body. You should still eat properly in proper foods to be intake.

We all know that if we diet it will harm our health and it even threatens our life's disunity if our diet is not right it has a chance to be harmful to us and for sure it will be worse.

It's just not our diet right, we've heard a lot of scenarios that are sick and hospitalized because of diet, just like drinking what about diet pills, then not eating, this is a great effect on our health because you will be dehydrated.

Dieting is right and beneficial to our health but if our diet is too much that can cause harmful and it's not good because sooner or later you will feel pain and sick.

So let our diet for good health and good physical health, just use the proper diet to make our body healthy since dieting can also make us more live longer.

Diet can cause obesity and also it will affect your respiratory system, so you better eat properly, don't mind if you are chubby the important is you won't get sick because it is hard to be sick nowadays.
