Sarangi Digital art - Nepali folk musical instrument
I made a digital art vector design typical nepali musical instrument - sarangi .
Sarangi is a true Nepali musical instrument.It is a stringed wooden instrument. it is carved in a single piece of wood. It has a hollow body and is made of wood adorned/w ivory inlays. The Sarangi is held in a vertical position and played with a bow. Pitch is determined by sliding finger nail against its string.
Sarangis are often used by ethnic group of Nepal called Gandharvas. The Gandharvas are known for their invariable skills of singing and playing the instrument - sarangi .
