The Group are known as A Collective using All ways to capture fund to Power Up then Attacking Everyone.

They are currently using Spanish and Busy Tag , writing in Spanish.

I got downvoted by them too. When i looked at the account its just a load of resteems
he was very troubling to many people. I see a lot of other accounts chosen by him. I thought, what's the point of them doing that. they did something in vain. and I have also been chosen by him. I pray to God, hopefully they will not do something like that again. and thank you @bullionstackers for the information you provided. You help a lot of people.

you should contact @themarkymark and the victims league , all those accounts have had their delegation from steemit inc (for free accounts) withdrawn but if there's any left you should notify aforementioned people its a known problem that wont be fixed until negative voteweight is disabled
they pick random - its got nothing to do with anything you did, usually you get one or a few downvotes then they move on - thats why no onemakes much fuzz but if those things got to like 100SP non-delegated each it would be a problem indeed , i dont see them hate enough to put actual money in it though so far
which doesnt exclude that in the future, one millionnaire could (in theory) lock down all steemit accounts with one fat wallet full of SP at the moment but
the danger in this is that your enforcer faction would sooner move to allow blocking and disabling accounts than to disable negative voteweight (which to them = control) so beware and think before you start campaigning, truth tends to be a three-edged sword

im not a big fan of steemcleaners as they are a pack of hyenas abusing power they get from one single person, which is like total(itarion) north-korean censorship style if you ask me, about the furthest away from de-centralization as it was intended but the abovementioned actually do some serious work addressing some serious issues :) stay safe, steer the course - and dont let anyone tell you what you should think you should please - that leads to mental kind of inbreeding
