An Underlying ASSUMPTION of Physics is
That the laws of physics are everywhere the same.

The ASSUMPTION is that the laws of physics inside of Earth's MagnetoSphere are the same as those inside the Sun's HelioSphere.
The ASSUMPTION is that the laws of physics inside the Sun's Heliosphere are the same as the laws of Physics outside of it.
Have those assumptions been tested? Is the hypothesis falsifiable? Is there any emphirical data? Have there been any experiments?
Perhaps now's the time.

Voyager I and II are the only manmade objects that have ever crossed the boundry between inside the heliosphere and the outside.
When they did....certainUNEXPECTED discrepancies were noted. Perhaps it's time to find out more about it?

Actually that fact that the Laws of physics are same everywhere is a bit of ............. it might me misinterpreted wrongly.
It's just that classical Newtonian applications of physics differ vastly from the quantum ones.

Actually I have a theory about that too.
As you say the quantum level has different laws than the Newtonian level (where we live)
Suppose there is another level? As much larger than our Newtonian as the Newtonian is larger than the Quantum?
Suppose the laws of physics are different at that level too?
It's obvious that something is not quite right by our standards. Newtonian physics doesn't seem to EXACTLY apply.
'dark matter', 'dark energy', 'pixie dust', and 'Black Holes' have been imagined in order to explain the discrepancies..
(ok...I made up the pixie dust part)
Your theory is intuitive and it is true on some levels. (Gravitational waves have a similar idea)

Yes maybe because we are bacterias or maybe viruses, that are living in someone's body, and trying to become a type 3 civilization to spread ourselves to other parts of the body.
