12 megawatt wind turbine
.................................................................................................................................................................................

Twelve megawatts..(that would be 16K horsepower) is kinda huge. When I was hauling wind the biggest we had was one megawatt. It was almost too big to handle even then. Getting down roads with it's components was an adventure. Getting it to the site where they wanted to put it was.....let's just say you better have a change of underwear.

THIS is a whole lot better.

Put them over the horizon a few miles...out of sight out of mind.

The only people who will get up set about them are the anti-humans (green activists) and they get their panties in a wad about everything. Originally they were FOR windturbines...since it looks like they might work (still some glitches) they've turned against them. Ain't no pleasing them

But I digress.

Ship yards can build HUGE stuff. AirCraft carriers for example. This is right in their wheelhouse.

But WAIT...there's MORE.

When (not if) there is POWER in the oceans...why send it to the people on the land?
Bring the people TO the power.
Build Seasteads..
Do I hear Distributed Autonomous Organizations?

Anyone?
