DIY - Ohia Bandsaw Box - Big Island Hawaii

We were working on our railing today.

As I cut the Ohia logs down to size there was one extra piece that I used to make a bandsaw box.

I still don't have the technique down but each one I make is getting better and better.

It is a test of patience and it takes hours and lots of sanding to finish the box.

The only finish I used was furniture oil.
