A New Orleans judge is going ahead with a Saints fan’s lawsuit against the NFL over the missed call in the NFC Championship game and is even scheduling testimony under oath.
According to NOLA. com, Orleans Parish Civil District Court Judge Nicole Sheppard said Monday that the NFL commissioner and the three referees who worked the game should testify under oath about the game and scheduled depositions for September in New Orleans
