While I'm not big fan of the Russian Orthodox Church, I must admit that their leader does have a point here. The growing dependency on technology and internet will not bring any good to mankind.

There has to be a balance here between using it in a positive way and knowing when to switch off. People need to be more aware of the health risks they pose. I always turn off my phone after 8/9pm to give my brain a rest and let it wind down.
