CREAMY BAKED MAC AND CHEESE RECIPE | 4 Cheese Mac N Cheese Recipe
Today I am making my easy creamy baked mac and cheese. This recipe is a no roux, no eggs recipe that it super easy to make. You can also make this a gluten free option as there is no roux in the cheese sauce. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
1 lb (454 g) box elbow Macaroni
16 oz (454 g) sharp cheddar cheese
7 oz (200 g) Havarti cheese
4 oz (100 g) cream cheese (use the full 8 oz for extra creamy)
2 oz (50 g) parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp salted butter
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
24 oz (709 mL) evaporated milk (or sub with half and half)
