Enormous Great White Shark Pregnant with Record 14 Pups Was Caught and Sold in Taiwan

Fishers in Taiwan captured an enormous great white shark that was pregnant with a record 14 pups. The shark was reportedly sold to a local taxidermist.

According to the reports, it was said that a large, female great white shark pregnant with 14 pups, which is considered as a record, was accidentally caught by fishers off the coast of Taiwan and sold at a fish market on Wednesday.
The caught shark was said to have been sold and bought for less than $2,000 by a Taiwanese taxidermy company...

The images from local news agencies of the great white shark and the pups that were cut out of her are hard to believe.
The shark was said to be more than 15 feet long, bigger than a small car and is probably not what most fishers want in their nets.
from the reports, the 14 pups of the shark looked as though they were nearly fully developed and ready to take on the open ocean but were stopped short when their mother was killed.
