Reggae Weekend for Humbolt County 35 Years and Counting
For the past 35-years, Humboldt county has celebrated Reggae Week, and this year it was cancelled.
The people of Humbolt came together and created their own festival. The organizers said they didn't need the usual 4-days, rather they came together to celebrate and enjoy reggae and their time together.

That's a very cool story - the community coming together to hold their festival. I wonder what happened to the official organisers? They seem to be having a little trouble. Thank you for sharing.
I believe one of the founders passed, and they may have had some other troubles. Overall, it is an awesome festival, and was originally made to fund the venue.
