The Cleveland Cavs lost a legend to their community.

Play by play announcer Fred McLeod passed away according to a statement by the team. No further news was provided. He was 67 years old.

For the past 20 years, McLeod was calling games for the Cavs. Before that, he spent time doing games for the Detroit Pistons. He was there for 22 years.

Lebron James sent out his condolences.
