Koh Samui government hospital is right by the side of the ocean and if you're lucky enough, you may even get a sea view from your hospital bed should you be unlucky enough to be admitted there!

At one time, it appears they had a hospital ambulance boat but it has obviously seen better days.

Sad really as it must have been expensive and looks pretty modern. Can't find out about it's story but if they don't want it, I know someone who could renovate it ;-)
