Foods for healthy hair
At our younger age we are very much concerned about our hair. We do a lot of surprising things to take care of it. Girls are many steps ahead on this issue. It is a difficult thing for the doctors to give treatment to prevent the hair fall because it has some intimate relationship with sex hormones. Anyway, here are some food items, consuming of these on regular basis are proven helpful for healthy hair.
- Cinnamon provides good circulation to the hair roots of your scalp
- Lean poultry is useful for thickness of the hair while Oysters improve the fullness of scalp hair
- Greek yogurt and Iron fortified cereal fight to prevent hair loss
- Sweet potato helps to fight dull looks and salmon for shine
- Spinach fights to prevent someone having brittle hair, guava prevents the breakage of hair
- Egg help the hair to grow

I could imagine the others but I had no idea about cinnamon!?! Not that I need help with my crazy hair do lol but my fiancé has very dry brittle hair so I definitely appreciate these tips I can slip into our daily diet.
Now I’m curious with her recovering from Graves’ Disease radioactive iodine treatment, will the changes in her hormones caused by the thyroid gland affect her hair further?
