I can understand Tom Lee's bullishness when it has to do with Bitcoin.
One can't predict Bitcoin's movement but you can't be looking at Bitcoin heading to zero.
So it all makes a bullish sense to predict higher.
20k by the end of 2019 is quite reasonable!
