Revise the Digital Security Act 2018: UN | The Daily Star
UN High Commissioner for Human Rights today called upon the Bangladesh government to urgently revise the Digital Security Act 2018, to ensure that it is in line with international human rights law.

Oftentimes, journalists that are using their web presence to target politicians or private people are also not honest enough to exercise human rights.... Any government can exercise power to stop this. I am not sure about the local politics in Bangladesh, but if the government´s practice on human rights is not correct, then they must revise the Act in accordance with the UN policies..
