Can Bitcoin, Cryptocurrency & Blockchain offer banking to the unbanked?

Bitcoin breaks down into two camps: those who need Bitcoin and those who want it.  In the developed countries, people fall into the later.  Their system is not perfect but it works.  Not so in a country like Venezuela where the banking system is broken.  To them, it is a need.
