When you learn martial arts, you are trained to how to use your body to attack and defend. Whatever you do in martial arts, that's the focus.

Martial art is only for self defense. We can use our fist, palm, finger, shoulder, elbow, knee, leg to defend ourselves. We always have this. We don't have to carry this. If you learn how to use this, you will become a fighter.

There are different martial arts weapons like sticks, sword, knife, nunchaku and so on. As a part of your training, you will also learn to use these weapons.
