If you want to learn martial arts and join any martial art course, what do you expect from Day one?

You will learn how to punch and kick?

No, that's not the case.
You might get a little upset. You expect to learn how to punch and kick. But you are not doing anything like that. You might think,
Oh man! What am I doing here?

Not so fast, buddy!

You're not ready to learn that. Before learning martial arts, you have to be ready for that. Your instructor usually teaches you some exercise and stretching. And you have to spend time doing those exercises.

If you keep doing that, your body will be ready to learn the first lesson of martial art. Let's watch this video.

If you have never done exercise before, be ready to feel some pain. While doing exercises, you have to move your body in a certain way and you are not used to doing that before. So you feel some pain, and that's absolutely okay. Please don't that pain stop you from training. No pain no gain.

You have to do stretching on a regular basis. If you are not flexible enough, you cannot kick higher. In martial art, you will learn how to use your body to defend yourself and attack at the same time.

Be patient. Pay full attention to your training. You will get better day by day.
