This is something that all coins are dealing with.  How do you get in the hands of holders from the start?

 

Bitcoin might have started out well but went the other way.  Some, like utility tokens, are actually moving in the other direction.  As time goes by, the tokens get in the hands of more people.

Well, Bitcoin started the revolution, they have it  better in the beginning because they have started the blockchain, so that most of the coins value depends on the movement of BTC, or at least they are oriented to it.
