AI made from a sheet of glass can recognise numbers just by looking
Researchers from Wisconsin developed a glass that is capable of recognizing the recorded digits.
In the structure of the glass, they create disturbances in the form of air bubbles and impurities, especially graphene, which obtain researchers a functional neural network. This glass layer succeeds in identifying numbers written on the paper with reflective light from the sheet.
For now, this is the only evidence that concept works, and the authors are theorizing that in the future, they could work with glass for phones that would automatically recognize our face and unlock the device.
