Dershowitz: House Dems seem to be 'going too far' seeking dirt on Trump
Famed attorney Alan Dershowitz says that Congress might be overstepping its bounds in the pursuit of Trump. The House sent subpoenas to 90 people tied to Trump. According to the famed ex Harvard legal professor, there is precedent where people sued against Congressional subpoenas.
Congress is meant to write laws, not be another branch that prosecutes.
