NLDS: Cardinals score four in ninth to nip Braves in Game 1

The St Louis Cardinals went into Atlanta and took game 1 of the NLDS.

With the game tied going to the 9th, the Cards scored 4 times.

The Braves did not fold and scored 3 in the bottom of the inning.

It was not enough to bail out their closer.

The final score was 7-6 giving the Red Birds a 1-0 lead in the series.
