The Genius Study: What Determines Creative Success?

In Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s mind, it’s the process of creativity that makes one’s life fulfilling.In the 1990s, he interviewed 91 of the most successful people on Earth (including 14 Nobel Prize winners), from various disciplines, to uncover what it is that made them different.

This is a great article that came to a conclusion which I consider to be obvious.Maybe that's because I'm a very creative person or maybe because I've read about Genius individuals and have analyzed them since I was a kid. One very fitting quote shared in the comments was a quote by psychologist Frank X. Barron.

Thus the creative genius may be at once nave and knowledgeable, being at home equally to primitive symbolism and to rigorous logic. He is both more primitive and more cultured, more destructive and more constructive, occasionally crazier and yet adamantly saner, than the average person.
