Good evening!
Here in the Philippines, students in Elementary, Prep and Kindergarden has this routine to do some dance exercise before their class starts. It is proven that doing this activity boosts grades and improves student's behavior.
My daughter is 5 years old and is in Kindergarten. She goes to a Catholic School and aside from their teachers, they have nuns teaching them as well. Earlier today, one of the school nuns joined dance exercise. I just thought it was fun and cute to watch her dance. My daughter is the girl at the back.
