Should you be taking creatine if you're trying to gain muscle? My personal answer is yes, which is pretty self explanatory in the title haha! Check out the video for more information but creatine is a cheap and effective way to add a bit of extra energy at the end of your workouts and also to give a slightly larger look to your physique!
