Clean Eating vs If It Fits Your Macros (Which Is Better?) ft. @Chelsealifts & ObesetoBeast
In tune with my latest posting series about health and fitness, I wanted to share some very important informational videos as well as demonstrations of exercises and how you can set your workouts up. In this video I have some very experienced friends of mine debate what's truly the better diet style to follow...is it "clean eating" which is a form of dieting where you try to eat as "clean" as possible, meaning trying to minimize sodium, salt, excessive fats, etc. vs IIFYM which is a diet where you track your calories and macros on an app like MyFitnessPal and no matter what you eat (even if it's taco bell or maccas) as long as you end on your macros your goal will be achieved.
This is a good topic to talk about because many people think that by eating a "clean" meal they can cancel out the bad or dense caloric meals of the rest of the day. Check this one out for more, I hope you all enjoy it!
