Coffee Contaminated with Mold? - Coffee Headaches
Did you know that coffee is one of the most common foods that is contaminated with mold? The mold often presents itself as a bitter taste and can produce side effects including extreme headaches which I have experienced a couple of times. In this video, I discuss those experiences and how I figured out coffee was the culprit behind my headaches.

thanks for your explanation ,, i sometimes drink coffee and the effect is my stomach bloated and nauseated

I rarely drink coffee, we are here to drink coffee directly by inserting coffee powder into hot water, we call it "Tubruk coffee" ..
That might be what we call "instant coffee" Does it dissolve completely? Or is it actual coffee grounds?
we let the coffee powder settle itself, then drink the water, while the waste we throw away
We call that cowboy coffee!
I have read that coffee is also very high contaminated with pesticides to the point it can have an effect on gardens and worm bins where it is used in high concentration. I am sure not all coffee is like this but mainly the huge commercial and corporate farms.
I could see that. Something I should maybe look into as I have been drinking a lot of that stuff lately.
