Does DLive pay well to the authors or it's no way near enough?
I lost hope for the series after the first PS3 installment which was dull and soulless compared to R4. Perhaps that's unfair? R4 still stands today as one of the richest and most beloved racing games ever made. IMO because the distinctive characters in the story mode gave some sense of purpose to your racing.
