The current scene in the UK surrounding "Tommy Robinson" protests gives us an opportunity to delve into a ton of aspects surrounding the current theater of the UK government and politics from an outsider's perspective. I put "Tommy Robinson" in quotes because that's one of his stage names, with his supposed real name being Stephen Christopher Yaxley-Lennon. This is only the first layer of the onion that doesn't seem to end.
We'll again touch on the so-called "alt right" movement and how legitimate resentment in populations gets organized into controlled movements that benefit the ruling class. We'll dive into the racial divide and conquer strategies present in the current immigration narrative dichotomy, and then we'll be highlighting what true activists and whistleblowers face when they actually challenge power.
