TRAVEL VLOG #5: MORNING MARKETS & STREET ART [Prelude To COPE]

Hello Steemian Friends and DLivers,

Back-to-back Travel Vlogs, in the last video, we showed you what we ate during our first night in Vientiane and even had the chance to stop-by an expensive Belgian beer bar. In this video, it's the next day and we're exploring another side of Vientiane. This is part five.

Highlights of the video:

We got back quite late the night before. So, our visit to the 'Morning Market' wasn't quite as early as we wanted it to be. We decided to head to COPE visitor centre that morning, but since the 'Morning Market' was along the way, we took a small detour to view what the market had installed. There were lots and lots of cheap Chinese appliances and products, especially stuffed toys and just an array of plastic junk (to our minds). Luckily, this wasn't all of the market and we got to see fresh fruits and veggies, baguettes and just generally life on a Friday morning (25th of May) passing by.

We did visit the fascinating COPE visitor centre, but since we have a lot to say (and we don't want to make each of our videos too long), we have decided to put that in the next video. We ended the video during our 'off-the-chance' find of some random street-art near COPE visitor centre. We would have missed it if we took a tuk-tuk. That's why walking is better!
